PUBLIC HEARING
Re: Bill No. 19-13 Repeal of Certain Provisions of Frederick County 
Personnel Rules 
Pertaining to County Council Employees
The County Council (“Council”) of Frederick County, Maryland, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland, to discuss:
AN ACT to: repeal previously amended Frederick County Personnel Rules.
Copies of the bill may be obtained from the Council’s Office, First Floor, Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 (301-600-2336) or on the Frederick County Government’s website at www.frederickcounty
md.gov/councilbills.
The Council may modify the bill in whole or in part before enactment.
Individuals will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. Speakers will be provided three (3) minutes to comment.
Persons requiring special accommodations for this public hearing are requested to contact the County Council’s Office at 301-600-2336 (TTY: Use Maryland Relay) to make the necessary arrangements no later than three (3) business days prior to the hearing.
