RACHID EL-ALAMI, Defendant, who lived at 2401 Ontario Road, NW, #202, Washington, D.C. 20009, at the time of his reported death, is the subject of a an action for a redeemable judgment for possession by Plaintiff, UIP Property Management, Inc. in the Landlord and Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Case No. 2019 LTB 019371.  A judgment for possession may lead to eviction and the loss of personal property in the residence.
