The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property, 2710 Pennsylvania Avenue, assessed to Andre A. Dendy, and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings:

The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed.
It is thereupon this 11th day of February, 2020, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City,
ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks, before the 12th day of March, 2020, warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 11th day of April, 2020, to redeem the property, 2710 Pennsylvania Avenue, and answer the Complaint of or thereafter a final decree will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff, U.S. Liens, LLC, a title and clear of all encumbrances, except for ground rents.
