and Baltimore City, Maryland (for Maryland Annotated Code 14-1836(b)(1)(v) purposes only), and Any and all person having or claiming to have any interest in the fee simple in the properties and premises situate, lying and being in the City of Baltimore City described on the Tax Rolls Baltimore City Collector of State and City Taxes for said City known as: 2807 Joseph Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21225-1105, 25th (Twenty Fifth) Election District, described as follows: All that lot of land; Lot Size 253X125, Being known as Ward 25, Section 05, Block 7646, Lot 051 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
Order of Publication
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property 2807 Joseph Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21225-1105 in the City of Baltimore City, sold by the Collector of Taxes for the City of Baltimore City and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding:
All that lot of land. Lot Size 253X125 Being known as Ward 25, Section 05, Block 7646, Lot 051 on the Tax Roll of the Director of Finance.
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 12th day of March, 2020 by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Ordered, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having general circulation in Baltimore City once a week for three (3) successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 11th day of May, 2020, and redeem the property 2807 Joseph Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21225-1105 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff's title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
