The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property Parcel Identification Number 14-25-045650 in Baltimore County, sold by the Collector of Taxes for Baltimore County and the State of Maryland to the plaintiff in this proceeding:
PARCEL NO.: 1425045650 KNOWN AS: 6921 BEECH AVE LOT 563
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 7th day of January, 2020, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, That notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Baltimore County once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 18th day of March, 2020, and redeem the property with Parcel Identification Number 14-25-045650 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgement will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
