Notice is hereby given that the Frederick County Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the hour of 7:00 P.M. THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL MEETING ONLINE. Requesting a Special Exception in accordance with the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance, Section, 1-19-3.210 and Section 1-19-8.321, to permit the construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) greater than 800 square feet, attached to the existing 3806 sq.ft home. The applicant is proposing an ADU, 1319 sq.ft. in size.
