The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption from tax sale on the property known as 1333 Ashton Road, Hanover, MD 21076 in Anne Arundel County, State of Maryland, sold by the Collector of Taxes for Anne Arundel County, State of Maryland to Palm TSF, LLC, the Plaintiff.
A DESCRIPTION of the property in substantially the same form as the description appearing on the Certificate of Tax Sale is as follows: Legal Description Lt 8 or 5.27 Acres, 1333 Ashton Rd, Commons Corporate Center, District 05 Subdivision 126 Account Number 90049441 Known as 1333 Ashton Road, Hanover, MD 21076.
The complaint states among other things that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid.
It is thereupon this 2nd day of August, 2019, by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Ordered, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Anne Arundel County once a week for three consecutive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 30th day of August, 2019, and redeem the property and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title to said property in Fee Simple, free of all Hells and encumbrances.
