Substantial Amendment to DSHA FY2019 Annual Action Plan Available for Public Review The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is making available for public review and comment a Substantial Amendment to the FY2019 Annual Action Plan. Public comments will be received from October 20th through October 30th, 2020. The Annual Action Plan addresses the priorities, needs, allocations and planned methods of distribution for several HUD funding programs. The Substantial Amendment updates the Method of Distribution for CARES Act Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV3) funding ($1,880,190), FY2019 CDBG funding, and addresses the planned use of a second CARES Act allocation of Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV2) funding ($1,527,664). The draft Substantial Amendment is available for public review on DSHA’s website at http://destatehousing.com/FormsAndInformation/capers.php. Hard copies are available upon request by emailing Jonathan@destatehousing.com. DSHA will be holding a virtual public hearing on October 27th at 1:00 pm. This meeting is open to the public to review the plan answer questions and accept comments, details below.
